Okay, Mark... that's got me stumped.

Vibrate? Why? What context?

Cheers!

In the context of the verb, MB. It's hard to do much else when one is vibrating... ;)

"Masturbate".

No kidding. Used on a Stone Giant who failed his saving throw.

In my campaign, a female cleric PC was being held prisioner by a lich, chained down and guarded by a marilith, the multi-armed snakewoman demon. The cleric cast Command Masturbate and it blasted through the Spell Resistance and the demon failed its save; all those arms went to town on its snakey self. The evil cleric that summoned the demon thought it was quite hilarious and ordered that the PC cleric was not to be harmed. The PC understood that that order was only likely to be obeyed so long as the evil cleric was within hearing range of a death scream. She talked fast, agreed to marry the lich and was allowed to leave. She ran back to her home temple and stayed there, frightened of any possible 'honeymoon'. :D

The Command itself can only be one word, but you can use as many as you like to set up the Command. Context can be very compelling.

My best Command ever persuaded a foe that he did not have to kill the party (which he had entirely at his mercy, provided he was willing to die to see them executed, which he was).

After long negotiation, he had said that there was no way out of his troubles apart from killing them, and I begged him to try again to think of an alternative possibility, and promised him that the Grace of my deity would grant him the ability to find solutions he could not now see. He agreed to try.

I cast Command word "Hope."

But the very best Command I have ever seen cast belonged to Sito Rotavele. The Command wasn't an unusual one, but the implementation was special.

We were chasing an assasin who was currently in the shape of a raven. The assassin had flown into a tree to hide among an immense flock of ravens. (We were low enough level that fireballing the whole tree was not an option.)

Sito looked up and said "Ah, that's easy. I cast Command word 'sleep.'"

Piratecat said "On which raven? The tree is full of them."

And Sito said "Only one of those ravens speaks common."

The raven that hit the ground snoring, that was the one we pummeled into its next incarnation.

That is wicked brilliant!!!

CLEVER! :)

I'm personally kind of appalled at some of the suggestions here....

Though normally, I rule that context can't play a role in what the spell can do...it might be good if I let it, seeing some of the ideas here that could easily be interpreted another way.

Command as cast on an enemy climbing up a grappling hook rope to get to me:

"clap"

He let go of the rope and fell to his death. Applauding my cleverness the whole way down.

Very nice. Shouldn't have worked, of course, since you need to target one creature when casting the spell, but nice :)

in 1ed it would make sense. 1 round equals 1 minute.

but with the 6 second round now. i would say the poor Giant is in need of some counseling.
