just increase your DMing fees - that should cover it.

My job as a DM is to create an environment that is productive to adventuring and provide an interesting foil to the PCs' activities.

Fun is great and all, but we can have fun doing other things. There's a reason we're playing D&D and not playing video games or watching a movie or whatnot (which we also do). We're playing D&D because we enjoy playing D&D. Fun is kind of an inherent thing in the process. I don't really think of that as a goal, exactly. Not any more than other activities, at least.
