D&D 5E Your PCs have Character Classes/Levels, and no one else does!

Sometimes I write up NPC allies using the full PC rules, on character sheets - often with the idea that if a PC bites it, they can take over the NPC character until they roll up a replacement. I've even had one PC take an NPC on as their full-time character.

Normally though, most other NPCs are a stat block at best. Haven't done an enemy yet using strictly character rules or character sheets.
