Buffalo sauce is just Tabasco and butter. (With chicken, onion, and blue cheese crumbles, it also makes a pretty tasty pizza.)

Isn't Tabasco just cayenne peppers and vinegar? And cayenne peppers are also fruits...

BBQ sauce is made for meat, so it tastes right. It's when you mix the wrong flavors together when things go bad. And not all BBQ sauce is sweet. In BBQ country they take their sauces seriously, and not be pleased to see you lumping them all together.

Proper Buffalo sauce is Frank's Red Hot, butter, and red wine vinegar (some folks swear by white or cider). You can optionally fancify it a bit with a little Worcestershire and additional spices, but those three ingredients make it perfect.

Never liked tabasco.

• Pepperoni replaced Mushroom for the most popular topping
• Sausage rose up from 4th place to tie with Pineapple in 3rd
• Black Olives joined the list of Popular Kids, tying with Jalapenos.
• Banana peppers, Kalamata olives, pickled onion, pepperoncini, sun-dried tomatoes, and tuna got enough votes to leave the "Last Ones Picked in Gym Class" category, but not enough to be part of "The Popular Kids."
• Butternut squash lost its only vote, demoting it to the Shame Basement.

I just enjoyed a NY style pie with fennel sausage, thick cut peperoni (cupping style), and pepadew on a vodka sauce. Was delicious!

As for "extra cheese," just assume that the pizza already comes with as much cheese, sauce, and crust (thick, thin, stuffed, whatever) as you would like.
