Your Release Schedule

I know I love it and I'm sure other people do to when a publisher has their release schedule on their website. But I know what a bear this can be to maintain.

How about having a single place where all the ePublishers can post their release schedules and prospective customers will be able to receive email reminders on the day a product they want is released?

The Role-Player's Online Event Schedule offers all this and more. Best of all it's free and easy to use.

Since we sell exclusively through RPGnow, I've been maintaining a rough release schedule of our products on their coming products page for the time being.

I've given up on a release schedule since I can't keep up with one. I'm not listing any products after the Tree of Knowledge on the website until I have most of the manuscript done and am ready to edit. Too many things can come up to push a book back a week here, two weeks there.

I don't like to put up a book on RPGNow's coming soon until I have a cover. That's why Tree of Knowledge is not up there yet, I haven't gotten the cover in yet. (Speaking of which, where is that artist's email address.....?)

There's been on on this site for nearly two years:

http://www.enworld.org/reviews/upcoming.php

It doesn't do the emailing bit, but it does the rest. Plus it gets looked at a *lot*, so if you want people to know about an upcoming product, it's one of the best places to make sure it's listed.

It also includes facility for vague schedules, so it can handle "Winter 2003", "During 2004" and so on, as well as specific months.
