I am going to have fun with it , though. When we put up the Christmas tree up Thanksgiving weekend I am going to put the box, unwrapped, under the tree. Then watch my kids twitch until Christmas morning. I'll put the Halo 3 disk on top of the box, unwrapped, as well.

I hope you hid it well. My parents did something similar with a Colecovision, ages ago, but I simply found and it hooked it up at night in my room and played Donkey Kong, unbeknownst to them, and then put it back in the box a few days before X-mas.

The way my kids are offering me their souls to play I am actually feeling more on the level of Satan rather than Darth Vader.

So my wife and I are working out "bonus chores" that they can do around the farm to earn time to play before Christmas.

Not to mention to pull up a school grade or two.

No, if you were Satan evil you would leave it out there until Christmas eve then decide to ship it out to some needy child in the third world who lives in a village without electricity.


Please note, I realize isn't as evil smashing it with a sledge hammer, but I think even Satan would hesitate before destroying a game system.
