WotBS War of the Burning Sky: Battlemaps

I would seriously appreciate those same maps, if not too much trouble.

    Suggestion for Wireless Headphones?

Just picked up the Logitech H600 headphones from Amazon as a christmas gift. Amazon direct pricing is $60.24, and frree 3 day shipping. (fyi I picked this out for myself after more than a little research) I've been using them since christmas, and love them. Some things you need to know: Pros...

Whats your Preferred Virtual Tabletop - Post your content you use for your VTT.

I'd love to hear some community input on this. I'm thinking of using a virtual table top for a 3.5 game I'm running, and I want to buy the right software the first time around. What do you use for your game, and why? Respcetfully, The Deacon

I need help choosing a hand-held video game system

My daughter swears by her Nintendo DS. If you still have a PC, have you considered Dungeon and Dragons Online - Ebberon Unlimited? Based roughly on 3.5, and free to play. The Deacon

    Truly disturbing.

    Ddo

Not really. The trick to DDO is to play with a guild you enjoy and mesh with, not necessarily which server you're on. My suggestion is to get involved in some Pick Up Games (PUGS), and check out some of the players and their guilds, before jumping into one.

    Ddo

Yup. Most of my alts are members of Knights of the Blackrose on Sarlona. If you see a knight, and deacon is in the name, it's me. Funny thing is that DDO got me back into a regular Pen and Paper campaign after a 20 year hiatus, which lead to me following the forums on EN World. And for...

    Gaming Paper: Terrain Prints?

Love the idea. And yes, I'd buy a roll of each type to have on hand as needed. Hic Pecto Meus Est

    MS Access Database (For Gaming)

Count me in. I've used Excel (almost right), The Keep (Closer but still not relational, and can run slow when you load it up with hyperlinks etc.), and a notebook (lost pages, nuff said). The idea of using a db is very appealing. Yup, count me in for sure. And thanks in advance!

    D&D Online: Eberron Unlimited

Welcome to DDO! If your interested, heres a bit of advice: Keep playing a Cleric, and you're sure to be invited to play in pick up games (Pugs). Everybody loves clerics! Guild comraderie really does elevate the game to a new level, but, take your time before joining a guild. Best way to pick...

Image of a simple Flag needed

FreeXenon, I use Coat of Arms Design Studio Coat of Arms Design Studio , for my campaign flags etc. Extremely simple to use, and available for free or via subscription. The subscription version adds the ability to add your own images to the Arms, if the included images don't meet your...

Laptops - What programs or resources do you use to help you run or play your games?

DM Familiar at the table ( DM's Familiar - Become a Better Game Master ), with a couple of self generated tables in the integral Tablesmith random generator for NPC's on the street, etc. I have most of the monsters/feats/skills/items from the 3.5 sourcebooks pre-loaded in DMF, from their users...

    Non Crunchy Dm Screen Bits

Have you considered creating a custom random character name generator that matches your campaign? My campaign takes place in Tethyr/FR and I've set up a generator using Tablesmith ( TableSmith ) that reference names appropriate to the area (Tolkien for the fey, Spanish for Amn, Arabic for...

new DM, trying to figure out maps, dungeon tiles, graph paper

Bluetack! Of course! Why didn't I think of that? Thanks S'mon! I like the dungeon tiles, but they do require loads of pre-play set up to get what you want for your encounter. The big drawback I've had with them, is getting them placed on the table in a timely fasion. Using bluetack with...

Looking for parchment images to type on.

I love what Sade does, her homepage is : News , her products are inexpensive, and they're available through EN Worlds RPGNow store portal. Best of both worlds, you support the original artist, and EN World at the same time. Id Fiat Irondeacon Si
