Extra abilities Since Bards gravitate to jack of all trades sometimes I'd give Bard players incentives like gaining 1st level of sneak attack/fighter feat/metamagic feat/extra spell at predetermined levels and/or good RP rewards. Also sometimes offered up Perform Dance vs Reflex save to gain...

Yeah, I'm not really concerned about the rules aspect of it...more interested in knowing whether I could include things like that in posts without waiting for DM acknowledgement...and I thought Nicos was at the bar...mebbe I misread though.

Regardless of what is easiest, I feel like we should just start. Once things are underway we will all be on the same page relatively fast. I think we should just start a.s.a.p. however DM sees fit and once the ball is rolling we'll soon forget about the very first i.c. post.

Hey Evilhalfling, I just noticed Druid's ability (never played one before) to spontaneously cast Summon Nature's Ally...is it okay if I replace my prepared spells in Rogue's Gallery to reflect that? Also, I will toss in my skill modifiers tonight in RG thread.
