Feint has been ruled to trump Uncanny Dodge for a single melee attack. I don't know of any such ruling that blindness trumps Uncanny Dodge.

It seems pretty clear that UD lets you retain your dex bonus unless you are immobilized. A barbarian [always] retains his Dexterity bonus to AC ... However, he still loses his Dexterity bonus to AC if immobilized. It doesn't say "or blinded" after immobilized.

Most people already played with non-magic and magic natural armor stacking. Non-magic natural armor was seen as not a bonus and magic enhancement was the bonus that didn't stack with other magic enhancement.

It doesn't matter what level you are, incorporeal stat and level draining undead are annoying. Sure, you have to be 16th level to destroy CR5 wraiths (3 per turning attempt) and about 10th to turn 2 of them but if undead are acting as buffer monsters in a larger encounter it can be invaluable.
