"Very well," the bard said, "Let Vena favor the bold!" And with his proclamation, Halleck ascended the stairs.

 

[Rapida]

Brenwar treks up the stairs alongside his ally.

Karma makes a note of this act of boldness from the bard, along with the confirmed lead of the palladin. Karma takes up the honorable middle.

"Where do these stairs go?"

"They go... up"

 

[Sanzuo]

The stairwell ascends at least 5 stories up. At the top is a large door that is already slightly open. The party shines the light through the doorway and looks into the room beyond.

This is clearly some sort of armory. There are simple wooden racks lining the walls, with a few rusted weapons still resting on them. A couple large chests sit on either side of the room and there is a pile of what appear to be various other supplies. Just on the other side of the doorway appear to be decorative statues of dwarven warriors. There is another large doorway to the north.
