Full BAB and lots of skill points?

Other than the ranger, are there any other classes or prestige classes that give full BAB progression and 6 or more skill points/level?

The Fochlucan Lyrist does. Meeting the requirements is a real hassle though.

As a base class, the closest I can think of is the Swashbuckler. Full BaB, but only 4 points/level. However, as most will have decently high Int scores, that makes it fairly close.

Shin Okada

Explorer
Dread Commando (Heros of Battle)

5-level prestige class with full BAB and 6+Int skill points.

Blood Hound (Complete Adventurere)
Dread Pirate (Complete Adventurere)

10-level prestige class with full BAB and 6+Int skill points.

Wow ... it's amazing how few there are. Thanks!

There have to be few and far between. It is a fundamental balance issue.

Any full BAB class with other resources (e.g. skill points) is potentially an extremely attractive dip class for the Fighter otherwise.

That is why the Monk, Psionic Warrior, Soulknife, and many PrCs, as well as the Scout/Rogue get dinged in the BAB department.

By that logic, do you think the ranger class having 6 skill points/level is also unbalancing?

If you go outside the WOTC published stuff, there are more choices.

Paradigm Concepts released a book called "Legacy of Damnation" that is oriented toward PC's without "Infernal Taint" - Tieflings, Half-Fiends, and an ECL +0 raced called Dark-Kin.

One of the classes in the book is the Infernal Stalker, which is basically a Fighter Rogue Mix that get's 6 skill points a level and a full BAB, as well as a few dice of Sneak Attack, uncanny Dodge, a few energy resistances, and the ability to cast Darkness a few times a day.

It's a 10 level class, and it has to be your first class. You can't multi-class into later. You also have to have infernal blood of some type.
