jkason: I don't see any glaring problems with Fist. Let's say he's good to go. :)

I get the Slow Fade now. Makes sense.

Regarding the "defensive Dazzle," it might be easier to go for something like this:

Strike 6 (Extra: Penetrating) linked to Concealment 4 (visual senses) (Flaw: Partial [-0])

This would be 12 pp for Strike and 8 pp for Concealment. Any round that Re-Khen uses Strike, foes would suffer a 50% miss chance against him. Define this as due to the bright light. It does create a strange situation of having something like Noticeable Concealment, but otherwise seems to do what you want after a fashion.

As for how Fades would interact with this, I'm thinking that it's most sensible to just have the flaw apply to the components without regard to the array as a whole. Thus, the fade on Environmental Control would not reduce the efficacy of the Strike AP.

Thoughts?

Giant Boy: Good job on the background stuff. We'll hammer out the actual stats and fine tune the details tomorrow and/or Friday.

Merlin's Shadow: Any progress on your hero?

Everyone: If at all possible, I'd like to kick this game off on Monday, 13 July. Seems like a good way to celebrate being unemployed again. :D

Got a bit more added. I'll try to wrap it up later tonight.

UPDATE: Almost done. I'll definitely have my char finished up later today. Sorry for the delay.

No problems. I've been delayed a bit myself. I'm going to post up the game intro and set up a RG thread in a bit. I've still got to help Giant Boy get his character done as well.

Let's get cracking! :)

Ack! Right into the frying pan with Shakir. :)

A couple of rules questions, since I'm still getting used to the system: would Disguise be something that could be applied to a wound? For example, could Shakir use his Disguise / Bluff to make his leg wound appear to be from something other than a shot? (maybe make himself look lame, or make it look like a dog bite?

Assuming the above is true, would a short-term Charisma Boost during the disguising retain its bonus after the boost is gone (since the disguise would at that point be in place)?

thanks,

jason

Yes to both.

Also, since I'm not sure if I've mentioned it, as much as possible you all get to make your own dice rolls using Invisible Castle. Just include the links with your posts.
