[SBLOCK=Map]Your amp are not easy to read. The enemy token are not as clear as our. You should at least use the Grid option of Maptool, that would help. Or you could use virtual Battlemat. Look at my game:
VM. I choose to make my map a bit big, but it is clear, and the token can be easily move around. A bit less practical when you have many identical token, as you don't have label like MapTool, but you could always create small token with numbers.[/SBLOCK]

I'm working on it V. I actually did add the grid to the map and somewhere along the line, it dropped and I didn't notice it.
The background I choose was also bad color scheme-wise, but I couldn't figure out how to change that without restarting from scratch.
I also haven't figured out how to put labels on the tokens so that they move with the token and are always visible, so I'll be working on that as well. The labels here are just text labels, as is the number/letter scheme.
Bear with me. This is my very first time using Maptools. I'm still a novice at it. If anyone is a bit of an expert with it, please please give me some tips via PM. I'm hoping to get better with it over the next few months so that I can introduce some more stunning displays.
Crawl before I walk, walk before I run, run before I jump.
I also haven't actually created any tokens yet, just using some from a library. I'll probably change the enemy tokens a bit so they are more visible in a couple of days.
In the meantime, if you click on the image and when it gets larger, double-click on it again, it opens it up in a separate window. Then, click on it in the separate window and it gets slightly larger still. This should help some.
Btw, if anyone has a token they want me to use for their PC, just send it to me or put a picture of it here.
