Unearthly Grace for another +4 to AC is good. AC17 is far more reasonable for a critter of this CR.

Having its unearthly grace apply to its saving throws seems excessive. It's got good saves and SR as it is, adding another +4 to the saves on top of that is over-egging it in my not-so-humble opinion.

I'd prefer the grace to just apply to Armour Class.

Is there a precedent for unearthly grace only allowing AC bonuses? If not, our ability will need a rename.

Could we just add a deflection bonus? The will-o'-wisp has one without a special ability? (Of course, that's a little weird. And I don't mind adding to the saves.)

I'm fine with the saves, too. Especially if we swap Lightning Reflexes for a different feat.
