Pathfinder Converts: what non-PF 3.X stuff do you typically import?

I plan to pick up the MIC and use that.

Converted FR Races.
Converted/Still Converting FR Domains and Gods.

Allowing many FR Feats and Spells, on a Case by Case Basis.

I'll grab and convert monsters from any source over to the PFRPG Rules.

As for classes and PrCs: So far just PFRPG ones, but there were a few from 3.5 I'm going to port over either as new classes or alternate builds in the style of the APG.

And I've allowed some options/builds I saw in the PFDB.

I don't use LPG or Rite Publishing stuff, for the most part.

Converting some Trailblazer mechanics to PFRPG.

I tend to allow pretty much anything in Kobold Quarterly.

I'm open to converting Dragon Mag stuff over if it's any good.

I'm not running one now but if I were it would probably be Pathfinder as base with lots of stuff thrown in.

4e: Healing Surges

4e I'm tempted to do their skill system but still wrestling with how to handle multiclassing skills.

Beta: Increased hp at 1st level. I'd go with +10.

Unearthed arcana: Spontaneous Divine Casting

Unearthed Arcana: Recharge Magic

Most every 3.0/3.5/OGL book: races, classes, feats, spells, items for PCs. Modules, monsters, etc. for DMing.

I keep being tempted with various action point systems.

The APG has an optional Hero Point system in it. I have only glanced at it so far, but I am tempted to use one for my upcoming Kingmaker campaign and the one in the APG looks to fit my needs well after this initial glance.

We use most of the Spell Compendium...

While I've already mentioned that I've pretty much banned all of 3.5 for the time being in my games, there are some splats worth looking at in a conversion and use in my PF games. (TOH, BoVD and a few others.)

Spell Compendium, unfortunately is the most vile and broken book created out of all of 3.5. If I were to convert any 3e book, that one would not be it. YMMV.

I technically allow the Spell Compendium, in that I have allowed individual spells. My policy is that, as a whole, SC spells are not allowed. I have allowed Ebon Eyes, some of the enhanced dispelling magics, Force Missiles, and a few swift versions of spells. For clerics, I allow up to 2 non-core spells per spell level; after that, they have to start substituting spells 1:1 or use a feat to gain more spells known.

LPJ's UndeFEATable series - basically 5 to 6 page feats booklets for each class, but you have to be careful because many of his feats seem broken, however he's got some very cool feats that can be allowed. But I starting to think, I might ban his series, as their are too many overly powerful and broken feats.

Cornered Rat allows Rogues who gets down to 25% of his hit points or less all opponents are considered to have lost their dexterity, so every attack the rogue makes is an SA. The party rogue loves this feat, and seems to kill everything when his hit points get that low. (I'm thinking of getting rid of this feat as too powerful...)

But I allow many of LPJ's Ranger archer feats which seem cool and not too powerful.

Arrow Trip allows an attempted Trip combat maneuver at distance.

Rite Publishing's Feats 101 - are all reasonable feats and some very cool ones I like very much. One is Escape of Opportunity mostly for rogues - when you get an attack of opportunity, instead of hitting, you move your full movement rate away from the opponent without incurring an AoO from your opponent, but you lose your move action next round.

Magical Weapon Properties 101 - includes many fairly balanced weapon abilities. One that comes to mind is Back Blast allowing an arrow strike to be accompanied by a free Bullrush attempt - kind of has the flavor of getting shot by a 44 magnum, you get hit, you go flying...

I've just got his 101 Spells, and they too seem very balanced, but too early to tell, I haven't tested them in play yet, I just picked these up a few days ago.

Only monster manuals so far, which means 100% of what I used in 3.5 :P I didn't have PH II, but I consider buying APG. If I had the aforementioned book, I'd most probably use it under PF. I'm not a fan of psionics, but if approached by a player who owns the book and wants to play it - I'd certainly allow it (after some review and maybe a tweak here and there), it wasn't an issue yet, though.

All in all it's more a matter of using existing resources. I'm looking for ways to include material we have access to, but don't actually feel the need to actively look for new stuff to import.

From the player's side, too many books ended up being a problem for our group so my Pathfinder RPG campaign is currently core only. I did steal some things from Trailblazer (like the iterative attacks and combat reactions) and made them house rules.

I'm currently reading the APG and expect to allow that as well.

From the DMs side, I'm using the Tome of Horrors 1 - 3 and the Book of Fiends.

Our group had a pretty liberal policy in regards to sources in our 3.5 games and we managed okay, but I must say it is pretty liberating to only have a few source books in our upcoming Pathfinder game. We are rolling with the core rulebook, APG and Kingmaker Player's Guide for player use.

Not including classes, prestige classes, or monsters - those get converted on a 'when they're needed' basis. And there are a pile of 'em that I am allowing or am intending to use. :)

Currently:
Book of the Sea (Mongoose), Book of Strongholds & Dynasties (Mongoose), Heroes of Battle (WotC). War, both at sea and on land, is a recurring theme.

Later (mostly world building stuff):
Skull & Bones (Adamant), Stone to Steel (Monkey God), Frost & Fur (Monkey God), Tome of Magic (WotC), Steam & Steel (EN Publishing), Sorcery & Steam (Fantasy Flight), Elements of Magic (EN Publishing).

Settings:
Eberron (WotC), Iron Kingdoms (Privateer), Redhurst Academy (Human Head).
