Salgyn gives a barely-perceptible shudder, then lies still, his intermittent gasping no longer audible. Those still conscious have a fleeting impression of hoofbeats echoing in the sky, a great distance away.

Death Save (1d20=4)

OOC: Looks like it's goodbye for Salgyn. :( Best of luck with the battle! Hopefully Fredrock and Kaz can pull off a rally despite the addition of another Rerisen.

OOC: Had DR4 due to Iron fist this turn, so 2 less damage (it doesn't stack with the 3DR).

Fredrock presses on, despite the many fallen friends. Why can't these things just redie instead of rerise?!? Fredock glances around quickly, throwing his strike off just a bit, but fails to notice anything

OOC: I am unsure if I should help with the stalker or start trying to use heal checks on the unconscious people to spend their second wind (I have +5).

Thoughts? :)

GM: Apparently you can't have colored text in spoiler tags. Oops.

As for last turn, I was wincing as I rolled (I got excited when I rolled the 2 Nat1s to start). I think I prefer running unintelligent/undirected monsters to ones that say "cunning" in my notes.

OOC: Speaking as someone with 2 failed death saves, I wouldn't mind being stabilized. ;)

OOC: I forgot to mention that I received 1 damage from using the Axe power last turn. It is not reduced in any way, so it is probably not affected by THP? Anyway I took it off my stat block.

Also, it is a mistake that Kaz is listed as bloodied correct? :)

Content that Fredrock has things under control, Kaz rushes over and kneels down and starts tending Toeto's wounds. He rips the cloth he uses to cover his axe into strips, and starts wrapping around the large gashes on Toeto's body to stop the bleeding.

OOC: not reduced, ie, from DR. Temp hit points aren't technically reducing the damage, they just give you a few extra hp to use, iirc,

OOC: +85 xp for Luinnar! Indeed Toeto did use her second wind already, so she's just stable. She wouldn't dare open her eyes after what happened to Scarm, haha.

Toeto's massive headache begins to subside and the sounds of the world now seem closer to her. Still, she doesn't quite recognize her situation.

[sblock=Toeto stats][sblock=Spirit's Shield OA]Toeto can take OAs through her spirit companion if an enemy adjacent to it moves without shifting. The power is At-Will, +6 vs Reflex, 4 damage, and Effect: one ally within 5 squares of the companion regains 5 hp (8 if adjacent to the SC).[/sblock]Toeto - Female Lizardfolk Shaman 3

Powers
Call Spirit Companion, Protecting Strike, Spirit's Shield, Voice of Battle
Certain Threat, Healing Spirit x2, Lizardfolk Recovery, Second Wind, Speak with Spirits, Spring Renewal Strike
Hungry Spirits Totem, Protective Roots, Spirit of the Healing Flood

Notes
Any ally adjacent to Toeto's spirit companion regains +3 additional hit points when he or she uses second wind or when Toeto uses a healing power on him or her.

[sblock=Spirit Companion rules]The spirit companion is treated as a conjuration with some exceptions.
  • It occupies 1 square like an ally does.
  • It is only affected by melee or ranged attacks (not close/area attacks or zones).
  • It is dispersed if it takes 11 or more damage from a single blow, and Toeto takes 6 damage. It is otherwise unaffected by attacks. It uses Toeto's defenses.
  • It cannot be flanked and it does not grant flanking.
  • It can move 5 squares whenever Toeto takes a move action. It is not affected by difficult terrain.
