What Alignment would you give to these Spiderman movie quotes?

This is a fun idea I thought up while watching that movie. What of the 9 Alignments best fits each of these quotes :D

1: "God Speed ((insert heroes name here))." *bladed glider from behind*

2: "With great power, comes great responsibility."

3: "Well you sure as hell finished it." (A reply to "I didn't start that fight!")

4: "The Goblin killed them! I had nothing to do with it!" (Even though he is the Goblin XD)

5: "Had you not been so selfish, your little girlfriends death coulda been quick and painless, but now you really pissed me off..."

6: "I wouldn't wanna fight me neither!"

7: "We are who we choose to be! NOW CHOOSE!"

8: "I offered you friendship, and you spat in my face."

9: "The one thing they love more than a hero is to see a hero fail, fall, die trying. In spite of everything you've done, eventually they will hate you. Why bother?"

10: "I missed the part where thats my problem!"

All/None.

2: "With great power, comes great responsibility."

Lawful.

3: "Well you sure as hell finished it." (A reply to "I didn't start that fight!")

All/None.

4: "The Goblin killed them! I had nothing to do with it!" (Even though he is the Goblin XD)

All/None.

5: "Had you not been so selfish, your little girlfriends death coulda been quick and painless, but now you really pissed me off..."

Evil.

6: "I wouldn't wanna fight me neither!"

All/None.

7: "We are who we choose to be! NOW CHOOSE!"

Chaotic, maybe?

8: "I offered you friendship, and you spat in my face."

All/None.

9: "The one thing they love more than a hero is to see a hero fail, fall, die trying. In spite of everything you've done, eventually they will hate you. Why bother?"

All/None in itself. Evil in that GG's using this argument to try and turn Spidey against humanity.

10: "I missed the part where thats my problem!"

Chaotic.

I would say

1. Any Chaotic, and any Evil. But mostly Chaotic/Evil
2. Lawful/Good
3. Lawful/Neutral (if serious), and Chaotic/Good (if teasing)
4. Chaotic/Neutral
5. Any Evil. Leaning towards Lawful/Evil since he told conditions.
6. Any Chaotic.
7. This one could be any. I'm thinking more Chaotic though.
8. This one could be any too. But more equal.
9. Lawful/Evil or Neutral/Evil since some consequences were outlined.
10. Neutral/Evil

Quotes have no alignment. Quotes cannot affix or alter alignment. It requires knowledge of the actions of the speaker to understand how any given quote is possibly indicative of a given alignment.

"I am Evil Incarnate." Am I really just because I said it?

"I honestly would enjoy watching you be tortured to death." Am I truly evil - or am I perhaps LG and simply SAYING something out of anger and frustration which I don't ACTUALLY mean?

"You are my great and true friend and I shall always be yours forever." Am I serious - or am I just feeding you a line of crap because I think it will get you to do what I want you to do?

ACTIONS determine alignment.

Well obviously, but the philosophies espoused or demonstrated by those quotes correspond to alignments.
Man in the Funny Hat is correct: it is only because the movie gives us some context for the quotes that we can correlate them to any alignment at all (and even then, about half of them are still "non-alignmental," to completely make up a word).

No, the context shows the alignments of the characters.

The quotes can correspond to philosophies that sometimes fit within the 9 alignments without that context. Note I said they can, not all of them do so.

#4 for example changes based on the context of the movie, primarily based on where Osbourne is on the goblin scale (ignorance-denial-acceptance).

#2 on the other hand is decidedly in line with the traditional philosophies of lawful good.

That said nothing stops a chaotic evil character from saying it, they're just incredibly unlikely to believe it.

1: Any, but those blades are definitely ignoring Dex to AC.
2: LG, or really AG
3: Lawful Neutral
4: Neutral
5: CE
6: CE
7: LE
8: NG
9: NE
10: NE

Yeah quotes are hard to do. Why not try ten characters from the Spiderman movies? Like Sandman, or the Butler, or Octavius, or Eddie, or Dark Peter, or Jameson?
