In 1st Ed he was an Assassin/Cleric/Druid/Fighter/Illusionist/Magic User.


With this fact that you gave, Elric is an overpowered hero concept. This is because for your character to feel like Elric, you really have to start at level 6 to become a viable Elric.

If you start at level 1, it means you can only play one class, for now. So basically, it won't feel like Elric unless you reach level 6.

(i'm basing the multiclass rules with 3.5)
