From being a Fighter. They get an intrinsic +1 to hit and +2 to damage above everything on the sheet.
The +2 to damage is explained on the sheet, the +1 to hit, is not.

That's a different +2 which stacks.
To Hit:
Total: +6
Strength: +3
Weapon Proficiency Bonus (hidden) +2
Fighter Bonus (hidden) +1
Damage
Total: +7
Strength: +3
Weapon Focus: +2
Fighter Bonus (Hidden): +2
The damage bonus seems obvious (look at the monsters): a two-handed weapon grants you your Str bonus plus 1/2 again, so the only hidden bonus is this +1 to attack for the Fighter (not mentioned as a class feature).
Back to the cleric of Pelor for a bit, if you don't mind:
Why is his Quarterstaff attack listed as (+1)? The Quarterstaff is a finesse weapon in this playtest, using either STR or DEX to attack; and this cleric has a DEX of 15, for a +2 modifier. Does he take a -1 penalty for lack of proficiency, or for trying to use it one-handed when holding his holy symbol in his other hand?
If it's the proficiency thing, why is he carrying a Quarterstaff if he's not proficient with it? (Are finesse weapons not "basic weapons?")
What, like Minotaur: Greataxe: Strength +4, Damage 1d12+4 ?
According to prior playtesters who had the fighter sheet, the information I gave you was correct. It may have changed, but as far as we know, my maths is right.
Okay, so, no 3rd Ed Str mod + 1/2 on 2-handed weapons, thanks, so, what's with the floating +1?
