Well, pastel equines aside, I'm kind of surprised to not see Rom as an RPG. It had enough eldrich horror to bring in the Cthulhu crowd and enough angsty super powered PC action to bring in the White Wolf crowd.

Baring that, I totally would want a Thundarr box set.

Codex Alera books by Jim Butcher
The Elven Ways by Jenna Rhodes (not a very good series, but amazing setting and world)
Magic: the Gathering
Spyro the Dragon (admit it, it would be fun)
Fallout (every time I play New Vegas I think I want to make it in Savage Worlds. Fate could work too)
Lego (either the film or the video games)

Codex Alera would be wonderful, and a Lego RPG just sounds incredibly fun. I would love to see an RPG for Xena Warrior Princess or Hercules tv series. I loved those shows!

The 80's novel serie of Marion Zimmer Bradley call Darkover. I know some
will not like here feminist approach but its a good medieval-techno-fantasy
with a lot of psyker. We use a variation of Aberant (WoD) and it work well
because when you become to strong you go crazy and start to mutate.
