Attack on Titan is popular, so it wouldn't surprise me if Giants were next.

Wait, didn't Perkins explicitly state somewhere that the next AP after the Wonderland one (which we now know is Out of the Abyss) would be a "giants inspired by Shakespeare" story?

He did say that, but I'm not sure he said "right after Alice". Giant/Titan themed AP is probably set for next year, but we can guess the second one! Althought it seems odd that they would have an AP about giants so soon after Paizo's giant themed AP.

It also seems to be an excuse to detail a powerful villain figure (Tiamat, elemental princes, demon lords). So options include:

Drow & Lolth
Undead & Vecna
Devils & archdevils
Githyanki & the lich Queen

The adventures only loosely seem set in the Realms. So obvious Realms examples like Mansoon and Szass Tam are unlikely.

It's late/early, but didn't the 'full-meal deal' include the Keep on the Borderlands and end up in the Vault of the Drow?

Sort of. It started with G1, and then progressed into the D series and Q series modules. Hence it being referenced as the "GDQ" series But it didn't really start with any module prior to that. They were just in the same setting is all (Greyhawk).

My money is on aberrations.

And we'll get psionics with it.

I will be probably proven wrong, but I doubt that psionics will be part of anything that they release as an AP. Remember that the APs are part of a three prong rollout. Encounters is a key part of that and they seem more targeted at introducing people to the game. There's nothing newbie about psionics.

I imagine they are going to take something set in Greyhawk originally-with strong connections to early TSR-and then stick it in the Forgotten Realms. I'm thinking Assault on the Aerie of the Slave Lords.
