Friends 11 - Sort of like if True Strike granted you advantage on one attack and then disadvantage on every attack thereafter

Do note that it doesn't say the creature remains hostile forever. It could theoretically be placated. Friends can also be used to gain advantage on Intimidation checks, which tend to make the creature hostile (but afraid to do anything about it) anyway. If you like, you can pretend the cantrip is named Batman ScaryVoice.
