/raises handJust curious. How many that picked the about equal option did so because of multiclassing fighter and rogue?

Fighter5/Rogue5 is just a really elegant multiclass; it's on my short list of favorite multiclasses in 5e. The fact that it works so well as a split level might just make it my favorite, period.
Nah, you've just been reading the wrong comics.Superman is a two-dimensional character that does the same oldover and over.
Rogue, slightly, since I prefer the sneak attack mechanism over multiple attacks. And expertise, especially at 1st level, is useful for realization of a whole host of concepts. The downside to rogue is that I don't like thieves tools and thieves cant being baked in (should be baked into the Criminal background, IMO, and away from base Rogue). I usually ask the DM if I can substitute them for something else that fits my concept better.If you weren't multiclassing would you have a preference?
@Phion
I was going to disagree... but after reading this maybe you have a point...
That said I think such players are still an extreme minority but that's just my opinion with no real supporting evidence.
If I had posted a more accurate NSFW description of how the boys were treating me you would have a different opinion. I believe that Mecha.... has posted about such behavior in the past.
