I'm to pick a last ASI for my ranged fighter, do you have a suggestion? The PC got dex 20, con 16, resilient dex, SS, Xbow xpert, Elven Accuracy.

Thank you

Are you actually near level 19? If you aren't then don't worry about it because it will never come up.

Mobile feat?

- 10 extra feet of movement (presumably this would make you up to 45' since I'm guessing you are a Wood Elf?)

- difficult terrain does not cost you extra movement

- when you make a melee attack against a creature you can move away from it without triggering an opportunity attack. Which essentially means that if an enemy rushed up to engage you, rather than just using your action to Disengage, you could get a free unarmed attack or nail the enemy with your crossbow as an improvised weapon and then move away as though you had taken the Disengage action. Pretty lame damage, but its a couple extra points more than you'd otherwise get from just Disengaging. I also want to say that I *think* Sage Advice made it a point to say that the Mobile feat actually doesn't trigger the Sentinel's second feature because that only applies to the Disengage action (which the Mobile feat is not specifically about.) So you would never have to worry about being able to get away. (Please note I could be misremembering the Sage Advice.)

w/ Manual of Bodily Health, my PC got 194 HP, and w/ Defender w/o a shield he got 25 AC. I usually don't care about taking opp atk. Actually my PC often end up doing melee, I don't like it that much but I'd rather the party be better off.

Good guess about the race.

Update 1: There was an edit on your post after I posted. Quite often the GMs I end up w/ mention to me they don't care about Sage Advice.

Lucky or Resilience (Wisdom). Lucky is always a nice fallback for bad situations. Resilience (Wisdom) keeps you going against things like Dragon fear and nasty control effects at high level. My ranged warrior has both of those.

Magic Initiate (Warlock) for Hex + Minor Image + Mage Hand
Mobile (great to be fast when a ranged PC)
Ritual Caster (Wizard) - Familiar, some basic magic capabilities... not so bad
Drow High-magic/Fey Teleportation/Wood Elf Magic (all fine)
Alert (+5 initiative/never surprised is always good - especially when facing enemies that can hit really hard and you want to be at distance)
