I loved the heck out of it. Though I will grant you that 2E was quite a rollercoaster of both wonder and weirdness.

They cut a bit of the stuff out of the 1E DL Adventures book and added all these weird weapons, I think one of the Minotaur blades was very OP.

I bought it May 1996, the cardboard cut out cards and meh art also struck me as low quality, in hindsight it was probably good idea relative to list making later set. By meh art I mean the the other stuff they crammed into the box. I haven't read it for a while though to be fair, might go dig it up a bit and have another look.

It's a tendency of gothic horror for stories to revolve around the villains rather than the heroes.

This is the first I've heard about this poll. If it was announced on Twitter I never saw it, but they're algorithms lately have really sucked. What I see on my phone app is vastly different from what I see on my laptop. It's never the same thing. I'll try backtrack, but you can only do so much after a while, and this is already a week old.

Welll, there's only so much I can do. It was on the news page, talked about in the podcast, posted on Twitter, on Facebook, and right here on the forums. Other than hire one of those planes which tow message banners across the sky, I pretty much exhausted my promotional possibilities. Sorry, man!

Oh, no, I'm not blaming you for anything. In all honestly, under normal circumstances I wouldn't have even seen today's post made. I should have been in bed hours ago, but circumstances being what they are, and I changed the app's tweet selection, allowed me to see it now. I'm more putting the onus on everyone else. Guess he wasn't as impactful on everyone else.
