Possibly a Idiot.
Living Spells based on Damage Spells are just slightly more interesting Elementals, that don't have the elemental subtype. In fact, didn't they used to be Oozes?

Anyway, where is my Living Sleep?

Yea, I really hope this isn't where they land on official living spells. Living spells shouldn't just recreate the spell effects they are born from, but rather become organic extensions of how they interact with the world. Also, I hope they create versions of living spells that combine two kinds of spells. There can be a lot of interesting interactions there.

Those are pages from the printed book.

I wish they'd include a pdf of the article where they designed the campaign setting with all of the cats :( This is pretty cool though. I assume these are going to be in the new Eberron book based on the page layout.

That’s the next setting I wanna see. 100%
It’s a good start as is, but doesn’t really even give enough to run an adventure.

Still, for the cats, I’d use Tabaxi, Bugbears for the big ones, goblins for the little guys, maybe halflings. From there it’s mostly just dnd.
