D&D 5E 20th level Sorcerer vs the world

Eltab

Lord of the Hidden Layer
The Lightning Sorcerer plus lightning magen has a flaw (if he / they comes out).

The Wiz20 goes on the Avernus adventure seeking one particular side quest.
Then he challenges the Sorcerer to a duel.

Shapechange: Tiamat
Damage immunities
Flight with speed (dashes on her turn if needed)
Gets a reaction on every enemy's turn (slayer in melee, until there aren't many enemies left)
Legendary actions are big AoEs so anybody with low HP will be ground down,
Frightful Presence to bust up the Seeming cloud and reveal the Sorcerer.

Running away will put a dent in the 'world conquerer' image.

The sorcerer does not have a "World Conqueror" image, he has not left his fortress since he obtained 17th level, no one knows who he is or has even heard of him except maybe in some weird white paper in Candle Keep. For god sake, the sorcerer arch nemesis is Binky, the 3rd level Tabaxi Rogue. How dangerous can he be?

Actually he somehow left his fortress once, at least. At some point in the past he twin cast simulacrum on him and a drow matron mother, so we must assume that he befriended a drow matron mother enough for her to stay still for 12 hours while he cast his magic. This is the only time he went out of his year-long seclusion and somehow he met a powerful ally. I fail to see how he could have seduced her (it's not like he can practice social skills with only silent magen and a copy of himself around him), raw charisma pale against the backdrop of CHA 20 drow inquisitors (plus they are of the same race)... and I fail to see Lolth being very interested in providing help to someone whose only ambition is to seclude himself in a basement. I guess that since he can have a day of service from a willing creature he couldn't procure by his spells, it is allowed for our Wizard 20 as well, but I am not introducing the formidable CR20 ally of the Wizard yet; we are just starting to get the details on the HUHAT daily routine and he is on the verge of killing himself without any help.

He just forgot that the Sorcerer and his ally are immune, because they fly and they just destroy any object.
How old are you, again, because this is a lot like me in 1990 or so? Please, just answer the questions about your prep time and actions leading in to that. Like the hit point total. Please. You seem to keep eluding in for some reason

At this point it is pretty obvious the sorcerer demigod is no more or less powerful that any other well prepared 20th level character, outside his fortress. By the way, if he changes into an Elf body, then he can no longer hover around his inner sanctum for free, correct?

I think he has over-committed his high-level spell slots and the hours he has in a day.
After seeing the Lightning Magen has an attack range of only 60 ft, I am sure his 660 ft range boast has evaporated.
I don't know how fast the Seeming group can fly but they have to stay together for the trick to work; bring on the AoE attacks.

Yeah, it's clearly naughty word childish boasting, but I'd like to see where he thinks it's going, y'know?

But again you come with this arangment after we find way how to kill your sorcerer for twenty times. And Now your sorcerer and his companions Are doing things you never before mentioned. Before # 200 weren't here any fortress, no demiplanes,

Ahahhaha,
Summoning retriever countered the Wizard? and now you say I can't control my Minion? WTF? The Sorcerer knows where the Wizard is. He is dead.

Yep, at this point the whole discussion is moot. This 20th level machine of destruction is a threat to exactly no one. He has locked himself up in his man cave and pretty much cannot leave to even take a leak let alone lead an army to take over the world. So my 3rd level rogue named Binky, wins by not loosing. He goes back to his home town and takes writing up romance novels and gardening. This sorcerer spends the rest of eternity locked in his man cave with a whole lot of celestials and what not who do not particularly like him and duplicates of himself. Job well done!
Well, that doesn't seem to be real. The Sorcerer, can rest freely. Just rest on top of the Pegasus.
With Mind Blank, He is hidden from Divination Spells.

With the powerful drow body, He just trance.
He only returns to Demiplane in special cases.

Now, Summon Retriever knows where the Wizard is.
The Wizard is dead.

The Sorcerer used him action to cast Wished Twinned Simulacrum. not 12 hours casting.
