Summon Retriever doesn't require concentration.
Now, you are dead.
? Death? Why? Concentration? Who cares about concentration... You set condition 1 action spend to cast guidance, than second use perception to find every stealthy person... So she can't do anything else no matter concentration on spells. Again you Are changing what you Saíd before how you need, when se show you your weakness.

Huh. Can't She use his action for Summon Retriever? Well, the Wizard is dead. The Sorcerer know his location.

I told you that you can't know the location.

Yes, and you weren't very convicing.

The Wizard 20 is informed that his task is to defeat the sorcerer in vague terms. [This is necessary for the whole setup to work, if not the fight can't happen because both parties don't know about each other and there is very few reason to imagine someone will spend a single spell slot to off a meaningless Holed Up Target...

So he can be Scryed as a PERSON, but based on only second hand information, it works only if the Sorcerer fails a WIS saving throw with a +5 bonus. +0 (no ability bonus, no proficiency) +5 +2d4 (average 5 if you sepnd your favored by the god power on the first saving throws of the day... can we assume it's an established fact?) will give +10, against the wizard DC at least 19 if build with any modicum of sens)... That's one in two chances, each day, to fail. Really quickly, the scrying beacon will appear near the sorcerer. As he has no means of transportation, he is very close of his "fortress". With repeated attempt, the wizard will scry right at the moment the sorcerer is near his fortress and will have seen it...

It is of no importance since it was established later that the Sorcerer NEVER EVER leaves his Private Sanctum. So yes, the wizard can't scry him, but it has no relation with the ability to see invisible things and be clearly related with the sorcerer never leaving his private basement, doesn't it?

Didn't I say it's a hidden place? Well, It's Demiplane.

OK, so now the Sorcerer is hidden in his Demiplane, which he never leaves. I am really pitying the existence of this poor level 20 creature and I think the wizard will make extra effort to kill him because it's the charitable thing to do in the name of Ilmater... Is is established that the Sorcerer never interacts with the Prime material plane and just stay in his demiplane-borne fortress?

The funny thing is that he spoke again. Summon Retriever will find your location.
Could someone who is not the OP enlighten me on the Summon Retriever spell ? I'd prefer the exact spell description because some wording errors have already popped in this thread.

Not, It's sleeping, on Demiplane, creating his army e regaining resources. It is very rare, very rare for the Sorcerer to need to return to his Demiplane.

If It needs, unfortunelly, With Summon Retriever that knows the Wizard's location.

Yes she can't because you've said MMD forever cast guidance And seek who try to came closer... Now you again change condition. And how they Will know who cast this spells? Wizard can have Mind blank As your sorcerer and still have 9th spell slot... And have your combo of spells but much faster, because no need wish for them. And much more for own defense...

The Sorcerer has full control of it. The Sorcerer commands everything she does. We find the Wizard.

Yep, at this point the whole discussion is moot. This 20th level machine of destruction is a threat to exactly no one. He has locked himself up in his man cave and pretty much cannot leave to even take a leak let alone lead an army to take over the world. So my 3rd level rogue named Binky, wins by not loosing. He goes back to his home town and takes writing up romance novels and gardening. This sorcerer spends the rest of eternity locked in his man cave with a whole lot of celestials and what not who do not particularly like him and duplicates of himself. Job well done!

But again you come with this arangment after we find way how to kill your sorcerer for twenty times. And Now your sorcerer and his companions Are doing things you never before mentioned. Before # 200 weren't here any fortress, no demiplanes,

Indeed. It's time we moved on to more important questions like "What Rogue build makes the best romance novel writer and gardener at third level?"
