D&D 5E 20th level Sorcerer vs the world

The MMD Summon Retriever against you and now we find you.
Please look up the actual rules before making such pronouncements. It makes it look like you're a childish and petulant DM trying to desperately to save a favored DM PC by making off the cuff rulings rather than someone who is interested in an honest discussion

Summon Servant (1/Day).
The drow magically summons a retriever or a yochlol. The summoned creature appears in an unoccupied space within 60 feet of its summoner, acts as an ally of its summoner, and can't summon other demons. It remains for 10 minutes, until it or its summoner dies, or until its summoner dismisses it as an action.
You have not explained how the retriever gets to the wizard in 10 minutes.

Faultless Tracker. The retriever is given a quarry by its master. The quarry can be a specific creature or object the master is personally acquainted with, or it can be a general type of creature or object the master has seen before. The retriever knows the direction and distance to its quarry as long as the two of them are on the same plane of existence. The retriever can have only one such quarry at a time. The retriever also always knows the location of its master.

Then there is the issue of whether the drow matron mother is "personally acquainted" with the wizard after just seeing his scrying sensor.

Well, knowing a direction, there's no hurry. Soon be dead.

I guess he could always just have several of his untiring Magens carry a litter for him to sleep on. It's got to be easier than trying to sleep on Pegasusback and then he doesn't have to worry about his Pegasus resting.

But it's still going to be pretty obvious who in the crowd has aspirations of demigodhood since only he and the duplicate of him ever have reason to ride on the thing.

Actually his life got even worse. Previously, he was condemned to always be riding a horse, which is uncomfortable but could be cool. Now, he'll be able to rest on an unstable palanquin, while spending some of his day time to carry the palanquin for the other magens, who don't need to sleep but would need to rotate and take turn for the real HUHAT not to be immediately recognizable.

That, and as the Wizard 20 attack is going to take place, unless some more information is provided, on the day the HUHAT comes back from the Demiplane of Parent's Basement, he will have very few Magen to hold the palanquin (especially if among the creatures he takes with him back on the material plane, are the DMM, the Simulacrum, two bound celestial and the pegasus. That's at most 3 magen. So he could either be always on horse-back or always on magen-back, which doesn't look like it will be more comfortable.

This guy's life is a nightmare and he reached level 20 and spend several years of prep time for that.

In the first place, it's not clear that they even have a direction (please see the rest of the post now that I've fixed the formatting). Next, you have not made the link between "know direction" to dead. A straight line covers a lot of distance, and the wizard can move.

By the way, are you ignoring my question about how he created the galvan magen without losing hit points or are you trying to think of an answer and refusing to acknowledge the point until you do?

Hmm.. had not considered demiplane glyph of warding

Yeah, and the Sorcerers Simulacra don't have 9th level slots (the Sorcerer was required to use his solitary 9th level slot casting Twinned Wish... presuming Wish can even be Twinned - to create the Simulacra he has, as the Simulacra spell does not exist on the Sorcerer spell list.)

The Wizards Simulacra do have 9th level Slots (due to the fact the Wizard can simply cast the 7th level spell, Simulacra, creating Simulacra of himself replete with his 9th level spell slots).

Meaning (among other things) those Wizard Simulacra can themselves use Wish to Wish for every single Buff spell (of up to 9th level) in the game from any class list (screw burnout).

They (the concentration buff spells) are then placed on Glyphs of Warding in his Demiplane by the Simulacra, which the Wizard then gleefully runs around in, triggering.

That's if the Wizard even bothers to travel to the Sorcerer. I mean he could just order his own Simulacra (with 9th level slots) to use those 9th level slots to Wish the Sorcerer to death, or wish the Sorcerer permanent and irrevocable transformation into a rock.

Such a wish would cause burnout to the Simulacra, but with infinite Simulacra, who cares really?

"A Short Rest is a period of downtime, at least 1 hour long, during which a character does nothing more strenuous than eating, drinking, reading, and tending to wounds." No horseback riding, no pegasus-riding, only eating, driking, reading and tending to wounds.

That doesn't preclude leisurely horse riding, which is not strenuous at all.

Actually, only the retriever knows the direction. The Retriever can't speak and communicate you any information on the location of the wizard. He could start to walk toward the wizard, but have just a bearing and no idea of how far it is won't help you identify who the wizard is and where he is. Plus, the DMM simulacrum isn't personally acquainted with the wizard (unless the wizard is persnonaly acquainted with the HU-HAT because the DMM doesn't leave the HU-HAT side so they must have become acquainted in the past if you want to keep the possibility of a single casting of Summon Servant by the DMM simulacrum.
