The Clockwork Cavalcade is a class feature (Like rage, Inspiration, Extra attack) that isn't magical and It doesn't summon creatures.I'm inclined to say the modron spirits aren't creatures, as the rules for them are vague about both what they really are and how many of them there are, and having an indeterminate number of stat-less creatures appearing for a turn is more problematic to the rules than just calling them an illusory effect with the appearance of creatures.
But if they aren't creatures then they are a magical effect, and hence a no-go in an antimagic field. Possibly the Clockwork Sorcerer would be able to activate the ability on the parts of the 30 foot cube around him outside of the ten foot radius (because it suppresses magical effects but does not explictily stop the activation of them), but the actual effects of the ability should not work within the antimagic field.
Generally I think the premise of Sorcerer class, as people whose abilities all come from innate magic, is betrayed by declaring any Sorcerer ability to not be a magical effect susceptable to antimagic field disruption.

The sentinel feat is useless, since the Wizard isn't hostile to the Sorcerer that just appeared after his invisibility was cancelled by his antimagic field. So he can move out of the sorcerer's reach freely, without provoking an attack of opportunity that only hostile creatures are causing. Therefore, since there is no risk of AoO, the speed is never reduced to 0, take a move action to exit the AMF and teleport away (that assassin was mean-looking).
