D&D 5E 20th level Sorcerer vs the world

Contigent Fiery Destruction of Character Sheet triggers, cindering this preposterous level 14 Sorcerer for trying to cast 8th and 9th level spells.
Yeah. Sim might (in principle) be plausible, depending on what spells he can swap in as a Clockwork Soul, but I figured this wasn't a reference to a 14th-level sorcerer casting 8th and 9th level spells, because that's even more against the rules than most of the builds.

Meteor Swarm and Horrid Wilding is from the Bastion.

Anyway, A Clockwork level 14 can defeat them.
So, those spells weren't from the 14th-level Clockwork Soul.

You are, of course, incorrect, but that's because I'd actually run the sorcerer to the rules.

What's your bonus on Stealth again?

What's your bonus on Stealth again?
So, proficiency for a 14th-level character is +5; skill empowerment gives expertise (+10), Dex 16 makes it +13, and Guidance (if I let you use it for a check that takes more than a minute) gives a max of +4, to a total of +17. Am I missing something?

Heck, your Bastion would only add 1 to proficiency and 2 if you had expertise in it, so total of +19, if I'm right?
