Dominate Person has a Wisdom Save. Subtle Mass Suggestion, they need to hear the suggestion. Isn't your telepathy limited to one creature at a time? I think you'd need to say something for that to work.

I'd recommend Dominate. Dunno which to recommend, though.

I'm not attacking. I'm casting subtle spells that is imperceptivel and doesn't reveal the CW.

What spells are you casting? If they're spells that adversely affect other creatures, they get to roll initiative.

Mass suggestion doesn't make people fight each other. It makes them take reasonable courses of action. Works great to tell a group of enemies, "Look, we'll kick your ass, why don't you just leave?" Doesn't work to tell lifelong friends to murder each other.

If your target gets a saving throw to resist the spell you really can't convince me that this spell is imperceptible...

If you DM allows you roll initiave against something imperceptible. You have lucky. . It will be a strange scene.

A DM who lets you murder another character without them getting a turn or a chance at a turn, is a DM who will probably just declare "rocks fall and you die" on your character as soon as they get bored of him.

He's been arguing that losing HP is imperceptible, that having your Simulacrum turning to snow before your eyes is imperceptible... Are you really surprised? He's just roleplaying the 0 WIS score of the build.

You did not understand...the bastion can concentrate on as many spells as he wants. He was built with the epic level handbook and deities & demigods....ah wait it was 3rd edition right....
