When Yuan-ti Sorcerer cast a visible spell against her.
Bastion says: "He's attacking you, let's beat him!" Persuation Check.
Nice try, but failed.
Um, Dispel Magic doesn't have a visible effect--you've claimed this before.

Does the Dispel Magic dispel the Planar Binding, or does it dispel the nightmare?

But there was no perceptible effect. How did the Nightmare know the spell was cast at it and not at its rider?

Again: Choose or admit defeat. Are you falling or are you riding an unwilling mount?

Because I convince them.
Persuation check and clear visible casting.
"Persuation check"
As average, The Bastion wins.
YOu can only make a Persuasion check if the DM says you can, and there's no real DM here to say you can; therefore, you can't.

Choose: Falling or riding an unwilling mount. Or, admit defeat.

The tactic failed miserably,
First, this tactic is unreliable to work and the Sorcerer will use his persuasion and attack to attack you.
