Ah, I see.

Contingency Condition: ""If an enemy can see me and approaching 160ft or less of me, cast Distant Dimention Door."

The Nightmare can see you. It is hostile. It is within 160'. You do indeed Distant Dimension Door to the ground. It is still the Wizard's turn, since he would not have been able to cast Crown of Madness at you, unless he has some means to get within range of you first.

5e sight rules don't have facing/riding/etc conditions. Line of Sight + Not Blind + Not Invisible = You Can "See" for RAW purposes.

The Yuant Ti Wizard doesn't not act? The Simulacrum and The Sorcerer acts on same turn.
It's 1000ft closer to my Simulacrum.

Thank you for this clarification. Can you tell me the distance between the ex-rider and the yuan-ti? Is it within 1,120 ft of the yuan-ti? Given that the altitude was, as far as I can tell, 950 ft, most of the sorcerer DD move was down to reach the ground. If this was the case, my action is unchanged, distant dimension door is triggered and I still cast crown of madness on him.

Wrong, you are 650ft of the Bastion
You teleport 250ft and the Bastion teleports 1000fts.
It's 1250 over your range.

Hold on. Here's what I understand happened:

Wizard turn:
Yuan-Ti Sim cast Dispel Magic.
This turns Nightmare Hostile
This causes you to immediately Dimension Door to the ground.

It is still @Galandris's turn, since his subsequent descriptions were assuming you were still there.

650+1000 of distance of the Yuan Ti Sorcerer, closer of my Simulacrum.

Since the sorcerer was 650 ft above the wizard who was flying at 300 ft, I guess 950 ft are used to reach the ground, so the rider must pop out in a 50 ft circle under the wizard, 300 ft up. So I can easily dimension door in the air, 240 ft above the sorcerer and cast crown of madness. I am not changing my plan.

If he's outside the range, can you tell me the range of the various opponents, especially the second rider, in order to determine where I distant diemnsion door to, please.

Wrong, He's 1950ft of you.

OK, I'm looking through the thread.

@Galandris had his Dimension Door contingent on saying some code words.

a) One Yuan-Ti says the code
b) The other Dimension Doors them to within 240 ft and casts Dispel Magic
c) Nightmare turns hostile
d) Sorc DD's 950 ft to the ground.
e) Pythagoras' Theorem puts the Sorc at 980 ft away from the two Yuan-Ti
f) The first Yuan-Ti Distant DD's everyone to within appropriate range and casts Crown of Madness.
