I would definitely make a Dryad/Hamadryad race be able to be male or female. They did that for nymphs in Mythic Odysseys of Theros. It's a simple and easy change.

(My world has its own lore explanation for this, with the Archfey Lord of Dryads transforming the home-trees of all dryads into a male partner for them.)

In my Islands World setting and my own game, dryads can choose their gender, and how humanoid they are, and can change both over time.

I really have no problem with flight plus heavy armor, especially if the flight is explicitly magical. Even without that, it isn't a balance issue, so why can't people just come up with their own explanation for it?

My only "issue" is that only one of these Lineages are Fey. In something called Folks of the FEYwild. Either go big, and say damn the Balance Torpedoes, or go home.
