they are more Bon Jovi than dominatrix.

Once upon a time in the Forgotten Realms

Drizzt used to hang in the 'dark, but now he's in the Dale
He's down on his luck, it's tough, so tough
Catti-brie looks out for McGristle, trying to warn her man
She befriended that Drow, for love, for love
She says, we've got to hold on to what we've got
It doesn't make a difference if I'm reincarnated or not
We've got each other and that's a lot for love
We'll give it a shot

Woah, we're half way there
Woah, livin' on a prayer
Take my hand, we'll make it I swear
Woah, livin' on a prayer

Hmm .... I mean, I didn't think you could make the Drow and Drizzt even more uncool. But ... congratulations?

Sometimes the only way to fix a thing is to burn it to the ground.

I dunno man. This is more like Cop Rock. This isn't just burning it to the ground; this is salting the earth.

Okay, I have to admit ... now I kinda want to see a campaign setting with glam-rocking Drow that burst out into song. Bonus points if they are 80s hair metal.

I can just see it now.

DM: You see a a group of Drow approach.

Party: Oh no, what do they do.

DM: They whip out their instruments, and the leader begins singing, I count the falling tears ... they fall before my eyes ...

Party: NOOOOOO! Not Cinderella! We have to kill them before they hit the Nobody's Fool chorus!

Well then...

I bet these millennial drow are more progressive and don’t discriminate against who they make a slave. It didn’t matter that dwarfs are the best miners they will fill their quota of humans even if the new slave ran a nail salon in waterdeep. Equal representation for all. After all stereotyping is wrong.
