Explaining why the playable Centaurs are Fey and not the other ones might need new lore.

Simple. The Fey ones are half elf and half unicorn.

If my memory doesn't fail there was a 3.5 sourcebook published by Green Ronin about races/lineages (Bastards & Bloodlines: A Guidebook to Half-Breeds), and one of them was a half-elf/half-unicorn. The name was "alicorn" but I would rather to use this for the winged unicorns.

* There are two different types of D&D, the official published by WotC, and the homebred version.

* How is centaurs' anatomy, with two hearts, four lungs and two rib cages? Wouldn't they need bigger noses to breath more air while running? The blood needs oxigen to run and other great physical efforts

The hybsils could be playabe races, or at least a "nerfed" subrace.

Elves themselves aren't Fey anymore and Unicorns are celestials. Now Half Satyr and Centaur could work.

I had this conversation with a friend of mind playing a centaur in another D&D game:

Me: A centaur? I guess that campaign won't be spending much time in dungeons or climbing mountains?
Him: Huh?
Me: Centaurs are large and awkward creatures. Just going up and down stairs, ladders, doorways, anywhere the party might need to crawl, turning around in very narrow passages, all of that is going to be a recurring obstacle. So I am assuming the game will be a more pastoral vibe.
Him: Centaurs are medium in 5E and you can worry about that stuff or you can just, you know, handwave it and have fun.
Me: Handwaving that stuff is the opposite of fun to me.

So that's where I still stand, but I'm glad some folks will have the options for their own style of game.

So far Blue Abashi, Demigorgon, Deurgar, Star Spawn, for monsters.

For playable races Eladarin and Centaurs. Last time I checked Eladarin was a subrace and playable Centaurs so far in 5e have only been in MtG setting books, Ravnica and Theros. This will be the first time Centaurs will published for the regular D&D multiverse. This could mean fresh lore.
