D&D 5E [MtG] Thoughts on CL: Baldur's Gate now that its been fully revealed

Card Gallery for the CLB Commander Decks below, I preordered Party Time and Exit From Exile before the price of these explodes.

The Decklists, crazy amount of high quality reprints and I think some of these could end up as staples, especially Deep Gnome Terraformer and Black Market Connections, maybe a few more.

From the main set the variant art gallery.

From the main set regular cards, I got mostly cheaper cards, but I did buy the regular none foil version of Elminster given I badgered the designers over his absence in AFR. I wanted the none foil borderless, but all my local LGSs are sold out of that already. I'm lucky I was able to get the one I got, I couldn't get a Tasha, Witch Queen. Link to main card gallery below.

Thoughts on the set? What did you buy?

I alo got a bunch of cheaper singles, Young Blue, Young Red, Crystal and Amathyst, Topaz Dragons, Shadowheart, Battle Axe, Linorarm (Snake Dragon), Lantern of Revealing, Guardian Naga, Horn of Valhalla, Minthara, Raphael, Chain Devil, Vrock, Tomb of Horrors Adventurer, Imoen, Sarafana, Waterdeep Adventurer, Caverns of Chaos Adventurer, Imp, etc...,

I only get cards the way Richard Garfield intended, pulling from boosters and by trading. I sometimes buy singles from the local game store, to support it, but that's it. (Ok, you got me, my country is not allowed on most card sites that sell singles, and local sellers don't have much stock worthy of consideration, and what little gets there is waaaay overpriced n_n)

I'll get one box to open, maybe another to draft, but I'll wait a little for them to become available on my local Amazon chapter where it is more convenient to get. I haven't checked the precons yet, but I'll see. I'm exited for this set and some of the repritns.

I preordered a box to draft, I'm hearing decent buzz about the draft environment, might get a second box. Drafting CL1 was one of my favourite drafting experiences, so I'm looking forward to this one. Not too many singles I'm super stoked on getting, but I'm tempted to build a Gates deck, I got my Maze's End awhile ago thinking I'd build it as part of Golos (but then he got banned), and it's been a thought for awhile.

I 110% support the Golos ban, and wish they'd extend it to Historic Brawl.

Anyways one thing that occurred to me with the Gates Commander is using Nissa Planeswalkers to turn Gate lands into creatures then using blue cloning spells to copy them. Also the black gives you access to Vampiric Tutor and simular spells that you can grab gates with. That Commander has 11 gates they can grab I believe, plus 2 lands that can copy gates, and maybe a few other tricks.

I personally bought singles and two precons. I bought Elminster (upgraded my order to the borderless for the Faerie Dragon in the art), Tasha borderless version, Raphael, Fiendish Savior (one of my favourite card designs), Karlach Etched Foil, Mintara Etched Foil, Shadowheart Etched Foil, Nimbleclaw Adapt, Guided Bolt, all bunch of the adventures like Crystal Dragon, Amathyst Dragon, Young Red Dragon, Guardian Naga, mostly to upgrade my Exit From Exile precon with more adventure deck and to start building an Elminster Deck. I forget the whole list.

I also got party time for $50cad, its already now $70 CAD and rising since Black Market Connections and Deep Gnome Terramancer were revealed. Both future staples in black and white respectively.
