What Licensed RPG Do You Wish Existed But Doesn't?

I'd kind of like to see a Samurai Jack setting. Admittedly, though, I can't really figure out what PCs would actually do in it for the purposes of an RPG.

Ironsworn would be killer for that. Work towards fulfilling your main vow and a bunch of lesser ones. You may travel to a new time and destination as a twist or complication. Can be played solo.

I hadn't thought of doing it solo, but that makes perfect sense for something like Samurai Jack. Great idea!

Up vote for previous mention award goes to the Culture novels. Special Circumstances meddling in lower tech cultures would make a good RPG setting. Although you know one guy would insist on playing a knife missile.

IP I just assumed there would never be an RPG for but bloody hell there is, how did that happen? Award. Vurt. (From the book by Jeff Noon don't worry if you've never heard of it that's kind of the point)
Although I haven't bought it as on Drive Thru it makes it sound more of a crunchy Cyberpunky style game and I worry it would annoy me by not being the kind of out there game that I'd want Vurt to be.

David Gemmel - John Shannow/Jerusalem Man books. (But ignore the rubbish last one) for your post apocalyptic, magic wish stones, mutant animal people, fire and brimstone gunslinging western action.

Farscape - so I can fail a fear saving throw and fart helium whilst robbing a shadow depository.

EDIT: completely didn't think of it until the second I posted but "Into the Badlands." It kinda ticks some of the boxes of the Shannow books if you replaced Clint Eastward westerns with Game of Thrones and Wuxia.

Crusader Kings, but I don't know how well it would work with multiple people.

Paradox Grand Strategy games really wouldn't work for TTRPGs. But they could be a great way to generate a setting for a TTRPG, especially if you want a random universe for a sci-fi setting (complete with unique aliens) or alt-history...

Makes sense. I was out of the hobby (and the country) for the whole 3e/D20 era. My pop music knowledge is equally rubbish for the whole 2000s.

Which reminds me I was musing on Twitter on how it would probably be possible to make a Dread style game where you replace the Jenga tower with a Pop Up Pirate.

I just went on a whole journey thinking about that. It's not a terrible idea. (But Jenga blocks would also work.)
