I don't know if we're going to see any ramifications from that. It was, despite being filmed first, effectively just the consequences of Spider-Man 3. (And WandaVision, but other than bringing a version of the Vision back, and putting Agatha in play, I don't know that that has any ramifications.)

The other Phase 4 thing that matters is the Contessa (who blew my mind when she showed up in Wakanda Forever). All of her machinations will lead into the Thunderbolts and Young Avengers stories that are coming.

Yeah, that's the other thing about Phase 4, which is that it's a soft reboot of Phase 1. These films/shows are less about building up to the greater narrative than to introducing the newer characters. Even the returning properties are mostly there to introduce the new folks (Dr. Strange/America Chavez; Black Panther/New Black Panther but also Ironheart; Black Widow/Also Black Widow; Hawkeye/Also Hawkeye, etc.)
