@Aust Thale asked me for a summary of the events that have happened since the PCs were in negotiations with Commander Lowenan Wearne in the Labyrinth of Lost Ghosts under the Gate of Scales.

That negotiation broke down due to the commander's temper, the gnome on the other side of the portal (named Musummaar) betrayed Lowenan and his Elites. Instead of stopping a sequence that would prevent a fire demon through the portal, the gnome continued on with the sequence and sent it through to kill the ex-guards and the PCs. During the ensuing fight, one of the guards revealed itself to be a doppelganger and it nearly killed the female guard named Arnona Chittenden.

The ex-guards and the PCs teamed up to destroy the fire demon and kill both the mimic and the doppelganger.

Afterwards, the ex-guards were taken into custody and they revealed certain parts of Phelix's plans. One of the key things that Lowenan told the PCs was that Phelix had special portal keys made that can get him and his followers in and out of the enclave without having to use one of the crystalline flowers. He tells the Exemplars that not only does Phelix have such a portal key, but also his most trusted allies. He alos tells them that time is different in the enclave. (One hour in Bluffside is equal to one day in the enclave.)

Lowenan confirms that a foreign thieves' guild, loyal to Phelix, works out of the candle shop known as The Crossed Candles. (Mani had also told your PCs about that shop.) The leader of the guild is a man named Kelik. He goes by the name Barclay Winton. He also tells the PCs that a woman named Sabela Abreu, who owns the Delicate Delight Eatery, is working for Phelix.

Also remember that the nameless Deaf-Mute Knight is still stuck down in the Labyrinth of Lost Ghosts and cannot leave until he is protected from the unstable temporal effects of that place. There is also the trapped genie and the wizard that was turned to stone. They must all be rescued at some point.

Once the PCs leave (and seal off) the labyrinth, they quickly discover that a lot has happened in Bluffside since they entered the labyrinth. most of what happened is summarised at the end of this IC post: link. Phelix's Loyalists, along with The Dusk, go on a rampage while the PCs are distracted under the Gate of Scales. They attack the Museum of Sem La Vah, Oakfirst's family home, the guard post at Wyndlasmere House, and the Tribunal.

They killed many innocents and guards, tried to capture Lord William Wellington III (who was at the museum), and severely wounded Lady Pomander (who was at the tribunal).

The PCs plan to take their prisoners to the Old Oakfirst Estate, but before they get the prisoners there, Tuck and Custodio (who went ahead) discover that that estate was also attacked by the Loyalists at the same time as when they attacked the tribunal. Oakfirst left a message for the Exemplars inside the old manor. See the second half of this post: link. The Loyalists broke into the manor, stole the crystalline flower (and some of the PCs mundane gear), and ransacked the place.

While Custodio and Tuck are discovering Oakfirst's message, the others are distracted by a unsavory kobold who was watching them. Breva first noticed the kobold, but the kobold got away. They surmised that the kobold might have been a member of The Dusk based on how he/she was dressed. Custodio and Tuck arrive back to the group and tell them what happened at the manor, and they decide to take their prisoners to Stormgrove Manor.

There they once again meet Gerey and Sylemis and meet Florrie Whiteshadow. (I think is the first time Falen meets any of them.) Sylemis tells the PCs a great deal about his homeland and those in power there who might have been able to curse him. Gerey tells them that the Lanterns have discovered that Nathaniel Aceron is hiding out at the Black Cat Tavern and that Titan Razeart has left the city to try to save a lost love. He was unable find out where Geoffrey Suggitt is hiding.

Gerey and Sylemis volunteer to go looking for Akos' fey well. Florrie agrees to help Falen discover if anything has happened at Ticinum Delagacy. He tells her that Vel Faunus Amphion (the strange hooved scribe he met) is an "old friend" and Falen is concerned about him.

The PCs go to the Black Cat Tavern where they meet the owner, Maiya Raviron. (She takes a shine to Mutt.) They interrogate Nathaniel (who is not a nice person) and he agrees to tell them all he knows about Phelix if they promise to escort him to his family estate in the countryside. Agreements are met and the PCs take him out of Old City.

Along the way, they are all attacked by giant spiders. They get into a waiting carriage (just beyond the Temple District) and make their way to the Aceron Estate at the edge of the Sem La Vah Valley. Tuck's clan-niece, Sobla, is working for the driver, Miles Drake. At the estate, they meet Evered Cobbe, a butler, the matrons of the estate's baths, and Nathaniel's mother (& brother), as well as several noble guests at a dinner.

Nathaniel's mother is cordial to the PCs, but she dotes too much on her son(s). Nathaniel tells the PCs more about the corruption in Bluffside, as he knows it, and writes a long set of notes about who the PCs should investigate. The PCs head back to Bluffside the next morning.

Once back, they are told by Florrie that Gerey and Sylemis seem to have gone missing. Tuck sets Mutt and Sobla to try to find them while the PCs go to report to Lord Commnder Oakfirst.

That brings us up to the current place in the game.

Note that Oakfirst has secretly moved the remaining members of The Five to the Military District to safeguard them. He mentioned that in the message he left for them in the Old Oakfirst Manor (after it was raided by the Loyalists). It was a risk to leave the message there for them but he surmised that the Loyalists were unlikely to return there since they were able to steal the crystalline flower.

Updated treasure list for Crisis in Bluffside. Those items noted as stolen were taken by the Loyalists during their raid on the Old Oakfirst Manor. Anything that wasn't stolen (that they couldn't find in the manor or was too bulky to steal) has been relocated to Stormgrove Manor for safekeeping.

Mani's gear, however, was still at the barracks when the manor was raided, so none of that gear was taken.
