Sure, some do automatically may go "X company bad", but not every person's complaint can be reduced to that. Some honestly do have problems with a specific action or multiple they've taken. Need to be careful not to fall into tribalism over a product you like as well.

There are literally tens of thousands (hundreds of thousands?) of ENWorld users. Making broad statements about them is extremely difficult.
