Zuckerbot is a Jiu Jitsu medal winner. Musk kinda, sorta took some Jiu Jitsu classes a couple of years ago and did some MA as a kid. I expect if it ever happens (which is unlikely as Musk just likes to run his mouth), I expect Zuckerbot would wipe the floor with him/
I really wish this was a discussion about what these fellas would do with their wealth to help better communities overall. Nope, instead we are discussing who would win a fight. Is sadly apropos of the state of things at the moment.

It's just a bunch of woofing for AlphaNerd status among the tech bros. As such, it's worth ignoring unless we can arm them both to the point that a caged match is mutually assured destruction. Then we'll all be able to rest easy from their respective idiocies and move on to our next targets like Jeff Bezos.

Don't get me wrong. The best outcome would be that both drop and they have secret wills, bequeathing their fortunes to a long list of charities.

If you know quoting someone is going to piss someone off it's not their fault you quoted them.

Typically, there are many ways to solve any particular problem. This is because all solutions involve tradeoffs and considerations that can reach well beyond what you might expect.

Let's say you've got a leak in a pipe. What is the "right way" to fix it? Well, that's going to depend on a LOT of different things.

By "fix it," do you mean stopping the leak right now, or preventing any other leaks from happening in the future, or both? Does it need to be fixed in the next 4 minutes, or can it wait for scheduled maintenance? Is it leaking clean water, or sewage, or petroleum? Is there only one leak, or are there several? Can it be patched with a clamp, or do you need to replace the pipe segment? What caused the leak? Is it just going to leak again once this round of repairs are made? Can it be repaired while it's still flowing, or do we need to take the system offline? At what cost? And if so, when? Who's going to pay for the repairs? Who is qualified to make the repairs? How easy is it to access the pipe? Etc., etc.

Even for pipeline engineers, "the right way to fix it" and "the way I want it fixed" are rarely the same thing.

I think about this all the time when people write about "fixing the Warlock" or whatever.

Years ago in business school, one of the women in my group said she couldn't make it that weekend to work on the project, because she was in the National Guard, when someone asked if she was in the local air defense artillery unit she replied: "I'm no Mary Sue, I drive a truck." I found her usage of the term interesting, though I didn't comment.
