If you ask for a solution based on "more things for this class to do," and I provide example things to do, and you say, "no, I don't want those things to do," well, I don't know how to help you. The example given was cantrips in an OSR game; I and others provided examples, but apparently they're either "too good" or "not good enough." Well, let me see your cantrips, then!

If someone's going to invent a position for me to have, change around the words I post to suit their imagined version of my point, they don't need me involved in the conversation any longer. They can keep on without me.

I found it better for my blood pressure to simply stop talking to those people or avoiding the threads/forum all together.

I think the last straw was the abysmal redesign. It went from distinguished history to something an intern at Trader Joe's corporate might dream up for the cheap generic beer.
