I can't believe this. I played a Wizard for three years in Eberron, and I never once noticed that they were boring.

How come nobody told me?

Probably because it's impolite.

I mean, when I go to the office and Chad wants to talk about the weather, and Karen wants to tell me about her fantasy football team, and Dan is telling me about the dream he had last night .... I just smile.

Same with the Wizard.

I just came back from my morning mile walk. When I hit the park, I was sure that I saw a wizard out of the corner of my eye. Looked over and yup; red head wrap, embroidered red vest over a long white robe, and long white beard, leaning on a staff in the middle of a field. Then it hit me. Traditional Northern Indian clothing.

Its true. My mother used canned shrooms when I was going up and I thought shrooms was nasty. Whole new world opened up to me as an adult. This wasn't a one off, it was criminal the food I had growing up!

My mother loved to cook and bake. When my brother and I got old enough to start experiencing a wider range of home-cooked food, we realized that she couldn't cook worth a damn... My brother is now a full-on foodie and the kind of nutjob who grows his own onions so he can spend 12 hours caramelizing them in order to add half a spoonful on the side of a dish as a garnish...

Something something malice and stupidity.

My mom, too. There were a few dishes she’d do great, but she ruined so many more. So many things I just don’t want to try because she made them so bad.

Wow. He’s doing something wrong with those onions. It only takes about 1 hour to caramelize 3 lbs of onions.

A few years amily were togego, several of our aherf eatining ourselves for pork chops, which for the last 50 years shically overcooked to a medreyness.

This time, though, everyone took a bite and looked aroun finally said, "Are these po hops unusually tended delicious?" Everyone replied, "Yeah, these are great!" And so a pleasa yed by all that day.

Shy made good ops again since.
