Random recent watches and quick observations:

Movies-
65. Adam Driver vs. the Dinosaurs. Adam needs to talk to his agent. It was fine.

Tár. Cate Blanchett stars as a problematic conductor whose chickens are coming home to roost. One of the best movies and performances I have seen recently.

Three Thousand Years of Longing. Idris Elba and Tilda Swinton star in the film by George Miller about a djinn and the power of stories. Since none of y'all saw it in the theater, I highly recommend.

TV-
Atlanta. Finally watched it. Amazing.

Dead Ringers. Miniseries based loosely on the Cronenberg film of the same name. Creepy, and totally worth it just for the various scenes of people having dinner parties. The second episode has a real highlight that was a pitch-perfect parody of a certain type of people.
