I think they will be, no? Is this not stuff that is going to be in the PHB for 5.5 or whatever its called?

I sure hope Wizard's holds to their word on putting this stuff in the SRD/CC.

Their design notes talk a lot about what, but are very light as to why, beyond "we like Tasha's". A little design philosophy would be nice.

I like the formatting of each Spell noting which Class List they are on: maybe not the most visually elegant, but useful for refetence.

They absolutely could have: what Crawford said was that even in their private playtest network they received a lot of feedback from Fighter players who didn't want to interact with the Superiority Die system in any way, so they won't do that.

No, he didn’t.

He said they played around with putting the entire system into the base class. They didn’t try simply folding the dice into the new and old benefits of the Second Wind feature, plus adding the ability to add to attacks, and just make the manuever system in the subclass give extra uses of that base class feature and add the ability to use them to power maneuvers.

I don't think that is going to be a standard, but since they aren't reprinting the lists in this UA, just a way to show who gets what.
