Oh. Oh dear. I just figured out how to use fonts and colors that don't appear in the text editor menu. You guys aren't ready for this.

I'm writing in lime green Papyrus for the rest of the day.

Yeah, I'd better tone it down before the moderators (rightly) give me a two-week vacation.

It's probably any font that the client browser's OS recognizes. I kinda doubt the forum server software is providing them!
