Fighting the Gray Tide (Miniature Painting)

Working on my Black Ork Blood Bowl team.

I used a pink primer and followed that up with a nice pink basecoat. So far, we've got the least intimidating Blood Bowl team ever.

I applied a zenithal highlight of white and followed that up with some translucent yellow out of my airbrush. Things are starting to look a little more intimidating than pink.

There are duplicate miniatures on my Blood Bowl team. I just thought you might like to see a comparison between one that is almost finished versus one that just has the base colors applied.

Only 13 more to complete the Blood Bowl team. This is batch painting my friends, but I’m taking a little extra effort to make it look good.

This is a Purple Worm from Reaper Bones. A friend of mine gave it to me a few weeks ago, and I painted it on a whim this afternoon.

Took me some time to figure out a nice colour scheme for this faction, but with space dwarves being big mining conglomerates, I figured work-gear related colours would be a good approach.
