Binge watching Diagnosis Murder (don't judge!) and this scene from 1997 jumped out at me as it takes a dig at a real sci-fi show by name...

It's so nice when any kind of therapy actually helps, instead of making things worse.
No fooling! Two and a half years ago, I very suddenly developed something called orthostatic hypotension: my blood pressure can fall 50-100 points in time it takes me to stand up. I basically couldn’t walk, among other things. It’s an autonomic nervous problem, and it turns out that neuro-specialist physical therapists can to a lot to help train my brain in alternative paths to desired functions. It’s slow, but I am noticeably better on various fronts. Just tired. :)

I really do wish I could see that thread title and not think, "Which do you choose, a hard or soft option."

Boy could I share some out-of-whack nervous system stories with you. <secret club handshake>

Morrus needs to introduce a script to the forums that auto-deletes any thread that becomes an argument about the boundaries/definition of specific genres and/or any thread that devolves into a comparison of D&D and Monopoly.
Hey, what's wrong with a good genre wank once in a while?

Granted, a little goes a long way, but, every so often, I do rather enjoy it.
