No fooling! Two and a half years ago, I very suddenly developed something called orthostatic hypotension: my blood pressure can fall 50-100 points in time it takes me to stand up. I basically couldn’t walk, among other things. It’s an autonomic nervous problem, and it turns out that neuro-specialist physical therapists can to a lot to help train my brain in alternative paths to desired functions. It’s slow, but I am noticeably better on various fronts. Just tired.

Granted, a little goes a long way, but, every so often, I do rather enjoy it.
